How Much Do You Let Them Handle Themselves?
My nine-year-old daughter loves Little League, which is why it’s so hard to watch a few mean little comments start to get under her skin. She still puts on the uniform and heads out there, but lately I’ve been wondering when a parent should let kids handle things themselves—and when it’s time to step in. If other parents have dealt with this too, I’d really love to know how you handled it.
