A tailored interpretation of the classic one-piece, drawing on the confident swim silhouettes of the 1950s and refining them for a contemporary wardrobe.

The Harmony Swim Suit begins with an idea that GRACE returns to throughout Harmony Wear: the female form does not need to be exposed to be emphasized.

Its origins are unmistakably mid-century. The structured neckline, defined waist and low-cut leg reference the swimwear silhouettes of the 1950s, when a swimsuit was designed almost as carefully as a dress. GRACE retains that sense of proportion while removing the nostalgia. The result is cleaner, quieter and deliberately contemporary.

The waist sits close to the body, creating a continuous silhouette from bust to hip. Rather than relying on revealing cuts, the shape comes from tailoring: curved seams, carefully positioned fabric and a fit that follows the body instead of simply stretching around it.

Across the front, overlapping bands interrupt the otherwise precise construction. They serve no corrective purpose. They are there because restraint benefits from a little playfulness. The bands cross naturally through the waist and meet a vertical row of four contrasting buttons — a deliberately familiar detail borrowed from clothing rather than conventional swimwear.

The buttons are functional in appearance but primarily visual in purpose. Their softer tone breaks the uninterrupted surface of the suit and gives the asymmetrical front a clear finishing point.

At the back, the same bands return briefly, crossing through the waist before disappearing into the side construction. Everything around them is intentionally restrained. A clean upper back, straight neckline and uninterrupted lower silhouette keep the rear view simple and architectural.

There is no compression structure hidden beneath it, no corrective panel intended to reshape the wearer and no attempt to disguise the body.

The tailoring does the work.
