Harmony Underlayer

For generations, underwear has been designed to be seen.

Lace. Decorative stitching. Contrasting panels. Delicate edges. Details created to make an intimate garment appear more intricate, more desirable, more special.

They can be beautiful.

They can also add texture against the skin, create pressure points, become visible beneath clothing and introduce seams precisely where the body benefits from having none.

The GRACE Design Team asked a different question:

What does any of it actually add?

Not visually.

Physically.

When decoration was separated from function, the answer was surprisingly simple.

Very little.

So we removed it.

Harmony Underlayer has no lace. No bows. No decorative stitching. No ornamental panels pretending to provide support. Nothing has been added simply because underwear has traditionally been made that way.

Instead, every part of Harmony Underlayer has a purpose.

Support is integrated directly into the material and concentrated only where the body benefits from it. Other areas remain exceptionally light and flexible. Traditional seams have been eliminated wherever possible. Edges lie naturally against the body rather than pressing into it.

The result is quieter than conventional underwear.

And considerably more considered.

Beauty doesn’t need to be uncomfortable.

There is an old assumption that intimate clothing must choose between comfort and appearance.

We don’t think that’s a particularly interesting choice.

Harmony Underlayer follows the natural proportions of the body without decorating them. Its shape comes from anatomy, movement and material behaviour rather than ornamentation.

Nothing needs to be hidden.

Nothing needs to be added.

The body was never the unfinished part of the design.

Designed around absence.

Creating something that does more while feeling like less required removing almost everything people had learned to expect from underwear.

Fewer components.

Fewer transitions.

Less pressure.

Less material.

No decoration without purpose.

What remains is precisely what the body needs — and almost nothing else.

You put it on.

A few moments later, you shouldn’t be thinking about it anymore.

We think that’s what underwear should have been all along.
