Reporting year 2026
A promising idea has become an operating reality.
GRACE was founded in university research: an effort to understand human behavior and the social dynamics that make communities safer, healthier and more harmonious. At Pacific State, that work moved beyond controlled study and into the complexity of everyday campus life.
Students first encountered GRACE as a useful social platform. Over time, its behavioral models, individual guidance and institutional insight became part of how the campus identified problems early, coordinated support and maintained stable shared environments.
That progression gave us something more valuable than a demonstration. It provided measurable evidence that the GRACE model can operate reliably at community scale. Commercial operations began during the period preceding the 2026 reporting year. In 2026, we began building the organization and infrastructure required to test that evidence more broadly.
We remain early. We are also more confident than at any point in our history that this research can become lasting infrastructure.

From research to operation
Pacific State proved the model in motion.
GRACE began in 2018 as a publicly supported university research project. Pacific State became the first connected academic community in which the platform’s insights could be evaluated over time and across the full texture of campus life.
GRACE helps institutions observe behavioral patterns, understand emerging pressures and coordinate timely support. For individuals, it offers guidance through a responsive behavioral relationship—including deeper intervention where the network identifies that additional guidance can improve wellbeing or stability.
Pacific State’s experience showed measurable improvements in safety, student wellbeing, community stability and the early identification of social problems. It also showed that those outcomes could be delivered while making a complex campus easier to operate.

The next campus
Our next phase of growth begins where GRACE began: the university campus.
Following measurable improvements in campus safety, student wellbeing and community stability at Pacific State, GRACE is preparing a multi-campus partnership program across California during the 2026–2027 academic cycle.
Pacific State demonstrated what is possible in one connected academic community. Our next objective is to determine whether those outcomes can be reproduced across institutions with different populations, cultures and operating environments.

GRACE Corporation remains a loss-making company. We expect it to remain so during this stage of expansion.
Our objective at this stage is not to optimize quarterly profitability. It is to establish infrastructure capable of supporting decades of growth.

GRACE Business
Insight organizations can put to work.
Organizations use GRACE behavioral and stability analysis to understand patterns that conventional operational data cannot show: where friction begins, when support is likely to help and how a shared environment is changing.
GRACE provides information and network capability. Each organization remains responsible for the policies, services and commercial decisions it makes using that information.
Network services are measured in GRACE Tokens—a standardized unit of GRACE network capacity consumed by organizations as they use GRACE services. Tokens are not currency, investments or consumer assets.
Partner-led innovation
Trust as an operating advantage
During 2026, several commercial partners began testing voluntary customer eligibility policies informed by GRACE stability indicators.
Early results suggest that more predictable customer environments can reduce operational friction while improving both staff and customer experience. Selected cohorts showed fewer cancellations, no-shows, support incidents, disputes and returns, alongside stronger repeat engagement.
GRACE does not establish these policies. Individual partners determine whether and how eligibility information is incorporated into their services. We expect partner-led experimentation in this area to continue during 2027.

Reliability is a product decision.
As GRACE becomes part of more institutional environments, reliability, privacy, safety and implementation quality become inseparable from research performance. During 2026 we expanded core computing capacity, strengthened network resilience and grew the teams responsible for partner integration.
Continued investment in the GRACE Implant will improve the quality and continuity of individual guidance while supporting a larger, more varied connected population.

In the coming academic cycle, our priorities are clear: prepare California university partnerships, deepen the research that supports every deployment and continue building a network institutions can depend on.
